Information on the calculation of area and price
ALL-IN = glass + frames + window sills + handles + chemicals and other materials included in the price
The amounts stated in the price list are for 1 square meter of one side of the window. One window is not a single window pane, but a window pane plus frames that are also washed. So the width and height of the window including the frame in the wall are measured. The product of the width and height of the window is multiplied by the number of washed walls.
Slatted window = two window sashes, i.e. 4 surfaces to wash.
A vacuum window usually has two glazings, which are 2 surfaces to wash.
The screw-down window has two panes, after dividing them, it has 4 surfaces to wash.
Calculation formula:
width x height x number of areas x price per 1m².
Price is for 1 m² of area washed (1 side).
Washing from both sides = area × 2.
Example: window 1.0 × 1.5 m washed from both sides = 3.0 m²

Prices are final – we do not increase the price agreed with the customer in any way.

After craftsmen / after reconstruction: 89 CZK/m²

Difficult to access places: plus 50%

Special manual cleaning: 150 CZK/15 min.

Heavily soiled: 130 CZK/m²
Upgrade: +50%

BLINDS IN FRONT OF WINDOW
Standard: 95 CZK/m²
Heavily soiled: 150 CZK/m²
Box – depth guide beyond standard: 150 CZK/15 min.

Additional service – cannot be purchased separately
We charge the price for 1m² of shading area (blinds/rollers) as a whole. We do not automatically charge “×2 sides”.
Prices (CZK/m²) – for the WHOLE shading area (blinds/rollers).
TRANSPORT AND PARKING
Prague: minimum departure price 2,290 CZK
Outside Prague-East: +490 CZK
(including transport within 25 km from the Prague border)
Over 25 km: +14 CZK/km
(we only charge kilometers above the limit; we calculate the actual route there and back)
Parking in paid zones:
according to real costs
We are not VAT payers. All prices are final.

There is no charge for a property inspection before work begins.

The inquiry is non-binding. If you want to price the work first, it is advisable (not necessary) to send us a few photos and basic dimensions (width × height) - the estimate will be more accurate and faster.

The team usually consists of 2-3 people - depending on the scope and deadline. The price is based on m² and rules, not the number of people.
